Any self-respecting networking tome cannot have any heading with "Metropolitan Area Network" that's not at least a little tongue-in-cheek, yet this stale, dry tome has the same approach to the subject I remember back in 199x. At least it did away with the sections on 2bT, 5bT, and vampire-tap cabling. But there's too much of a stench of vacuum tubes about this text... flag 1 like · Like · see review
